Ordering
How far in advance should I place my order?
Production time runs about 4 weeks, plus approximately 1 week for shipping. We recommend placing your order as soon as your guest count and names are finalized to ensure adequate time to start designing your order. Understandably some events may come up suddenly, so feel free to send us an inquiry and we can let you know what’s possible.
What should I expect once I complete my purchase?
Many details go into making your product as perfect as possible. Once you place your order, we’ll be in touch to discuss additional details. Paper color, ink color, how to send us your guest list, and more. Sometimes it can be overwhelming making decisions when you already have a lot on your plate, so we’re more than happy to make recommendations!
Do you take custom orders?
We take them on a limited basis. Orders from the website are semi-customized, but if you’re in need of a different paper color or ink options, shapes and silhouettes, alternate media, specific wax seal stamps, etc., please send us in inquiry through our contact page to see if it’s something we can help you with. Please be aware creating these pieces may take longer than 4 weeks, especially taking into consideration the time for sourcing and shipping materials.
The storefront only allows me to purchase 150 pieces, can I order more?
Production may take longer than 4 weeks for orders over 150 pieces, so it’s best to send us an inquiry.
Processing
What can I expect out of your process?
Once ordering is complete, I will be in contact with you within 2 business days. We will discuss on-hand paper color options, inks, and other fine details that go into making your event stationery as perfect as possible. We may be able to provide a mock-up of your final decisions.
From there, we require name lists to be sent no later than 2 weeks before your event. Failure to do so may jeopardize our timeline and may not allow enough time for shipping.
Shipping and Returns
How long can I expect shipping to take?
Shipping can take up to 7 days via UPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time, we only ship domestically within the United States.
Do you take returns?
Our products are made specially for you and your event and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
Can I cancel my order and how do I do so?
Orders can only be canceled if production has yet to begin and can be done by contacting us with your order number and details for cancelation. Once details are finalized and name lists are sent, orders are not eligible for cancelation.
